Welcome to St Georges Court

St Georges Court is a charming collection of stunning, individually designed homes. They are carefully planned and landscaped to offer high levels of privacy and security, yet with excellent on-site amenities and services, providing luxurious country living for the modern age.

Each of the properties has it's own unique style and character. The landscaping has been designed with inspiration to reflect the beautiful surroundings and to create a feeling of seclusion and space. The boundaries are enclosed with yew hedges and willow hurdles, and many existing trees have been incorporated to provide a real sense of landscape.

For added security, the main entrance to the development has impressive oak gates, electrically operated by a security code. The road will remain private and will not be adopted.

The road, entrance gates, central Calor gas tank, bin store and landscaped areas will be owned by the St Georges Management Co Ltd, with one share in the company owned by each property.

There is also an area in which small boats, canoes, windsurfers etc. can be stored, subject to a licence with the management company.

Thornham is a charming village in picturesque surroundings, just a few miles from the delightful Georgian market town of Burnham Market. There is a good range of welcoming hostelries and excellent restaurants in the area, serving an abundance of fresh seafood and local produce. Nearby Hunstanton has an excellent shopping centre, while the towns and villages along the coast are home to many unique and interesting boutiques, galleries and traditional family-run stores.

Close by are miles of unspoilt sandy beaches scattered with charming resorts such as Blakeney, famous for the seals off the coast at Blakeney Point. As well as being a paradise for sailors and lovers of the great outdoors the area is also rich in history and heritage, with a number of famous stately homes, including Holkham Hall, Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall and Sandringham. Nearby King's Lynn has regular train services to London King's Cross, with a journey time around one and a half hours.
